Daily Service Available from Hyderabad to Tirupati Along with Special Entry Darshan

For children below 4 years ticket is not required
For children between 5-11 years Rs 300 will be less compared to the adult price as they don’t need a darshan ticket.

Itinerary
Day 1 -: Leaving from Hyderabad
- The bus starts from K.P.H.B, KLM Shopping Mall, Metro Pillar No:729 – 05:30 PM
- Yatri Nivas, Hotel Yatri Nivas, Sardar Patel Road, Paradise Circle – 06:30 PM
- Begumpet, GMC Balayogi Paryatak Bhavan – 06:45 PM
- Last boarding point at Basheerbagh, CRO Basheerbagh, Near Sarkar Bhavan – 07:30 PM
Day 2 – Arriving in Tirupati in the morning around 7:00 am (approx.).
- Hotel check-in (Non-A/C room on twin sharing basis) to freshen up for darshan in Tirupati.
- After Fresh up: vacate the room and proceed to Tirumala for Darshan (Between 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM)
- Travelling from Hotel to Tirumala up Hill in Non-A/C APSRTC Bus.
- Tirumala Darshan with Rs.300 Special Darshan Ticket (Laddu Prasadam also provided by TTD T&C Apply).
Note: Darshan duration will be around 2 to 4 hours depending upon the crowd
After lunch: Visit Tiruchanuru-Sri Padmavathi Temple (only if time permits).
- Coming back to the hotel.
- After reaching Tirupati only 4 rooms (2 rooms for Ladies and 2 rooms for Gents) will be allotted for the entire bus for fresh-up purposes.
- Departure from Tirupati in the evening.
- Tourists will be provided some time for tonsuring. However, in the case of a heavy rush, it is advised to follow the instructions of the local tour guide.
Day-3
Arriving in Hyderabad in the morning around 7:00 or 8:00 am (approx.)
Inclusions of TG Tours :
- Bus charges for two-way transportation, i.e., from Hyderabad to Tirupati and Tirupati to Hyderabad by A/C Volvo Bus
- Non-A/C Hotel charges for fresh up in Tirupati (Down City)
- Non-A/C bus charges by APSRTC from Tirupati to Tirumala up-hill.
- TTD Special Darshan Ticket of Rs.300/- charges also included.
Exclusions of TG Tours :
- Food (Lunch & Dinner) is not included in this package and time will be given accordingly
- Beverages not included.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is allowed only till 7 days before departure date (excluding journey date).
- Cancellation charges of Rs.200 will be deducted per person. TSTDC cancellation fee is Rs. 100 and our booking fee will not be refunded.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the journey date is not possible.
- One time free postpone/ prepone option is available before 7 days of your journey date, provided seats are available for the new date.
- Unforeseen circumstances: No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or other reasons beyond our control which is very rare.

Yes. The tourism department has a separate quota rather than the normal TTD quota. You can have a darshan.
- Can I have a Tirumala Balaji darshan tour if I book this package tour?
Yes. The tourism department has a separate quota rather than the normal TTD quota. You can have a darshan. Hence you can have a special entry darshan at Tirumala for sure.
- Is the APTDC Chennai to Tirupati package tour authentic?
Yes. It’s authentic from the Telangana tourism department.
- If I book this package will I get a room in Tirumala?
You will not get any room in Tirumala because it is a day tour.
- Is the tonsuring facility included in this package tour?
If you inform the guide in advance it can be coordinated.
- Is the Padmavathi Temple darshan ticket included in this package?
It is not included in this package tour but you can purchase it on your own, no prior booking is required.
- Can I leave this package tour after having a darshan at Tirumala?
Yes, if you have a plan to visit other places around Tirupati you can inform the guide and leave this package after having Tirumala Balaji darshan. There won’t be any change in price or refunds if you the package tour in the middle.
